Greenfield Massage Policies Requirements of the Practitioner & Client Greenfield Masssage Policies Professional Massage Therapists are guided by a code of ethics that is important for both the client and the practitioner. Each client can expect a session to be professional, competent, and attentive. Regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, race, political views or religion I will treat each and every client with equal respect and ask the same in return. Information shared to your therapist is kept confidential and the privacy of my clientele is always respected. Boundary requests by the client and practitioner will be respected at all times and discussed if applicable. Please arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible. A verbal check in before and after the massage will add approximately 15 to 30 minutes, make sure your parking will cover at least 30 minutes longer than your scheduled massage time to avoid a parking ticket. If the client is late with notice up to 15 minutes the rest of the scheduled time will be used and the full fee will still apply, after 20 minutes with no contact you will need to reschedule. The massage therapist will wait no more than 20 minutes unless notified by the client. * Notice must be given approximately 24- hours prior or the client will be charged the full rate. Emergencies will be handled on an individual basis. I consent * A client may pause or discontinue any session for any reason at any time however the session fee will still need to be paid in full. I consent * All of the equipment and supplies are disinfected after each session and clean linens are used for each massage. I consent * Payment is expected at the time of the appointment, There are no refunds for massage. I consent * If you are unwell Check in BEFORE you arrive. Do not put the therapist and or other clients at risk because you think you are not contagious. Some clients are immunocompromised. I consent All clients must arrive with a clear head (sober), no exceptions will be made. The practitioner has the right to refuse treatment if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol and the client will still be responsible for payment in full. * Greenfield Massage does not associate with any illegal, unethical or immoral behaviors. Sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. I consent * If the practitioner feels unsafe, threatened or uncomfortable in any way the session may end and the client is still to pay the fee in full.
